The sloth opens one eye and finds three small worry-clouds already sitting on the headboard, wide awake. By the time it sits up, they have a scroll, a chart and a whole plan for its day. The turn is a notebook: a few words for each worry and a time to come back to them, six o'clock. The worry-clouds settle down, and the morning starts with the kettle instead. This fictional everyday example illustrates writing waking worries down briefly and postponing them to a set worry time; it is not a tested treatment. The final panel is a Let It Out app call to action.

THE WORRIES WERE UP BEFORE ME.
In a cosy bedroom with early light at the window, the sloth lies tucked under a sage duvet with one eye open, looking up. Three small fluffy lilac worry-clouds with dot eyes sit in a row on the wooden headboard, wide awake and watching it. The caption appears in a cream thought bubble.

THEY'D ALREADY PLANNED MY WHOLE DAY.
The sloth sits up in bed looking worn out as the three worry-clouds crowd around it: one holds a small paper scroll, one holds up a sheet with a squiggly chart and arrows, and one tugs at its leaf tufts. The caption appears in a cream thought bubble.

A FEW WORDS EACH. WORRY TIME IS AT SIX.
Calmer now, the sloth sits on the bed and writes squiggle lines in a small notebook with a green pencil. The three worry-clouds rest in a row on the bedside table beside the lamp, eyes closed and sleepy. The caption appears in a cream thought bubble.

FIRST, THE KETTLE.
In a sunny kitchen full of plants, the sloth, wearing a lilac dressing gown and a small smile, pours steaming water from a sage kettle into a sage mug. A closed notebook and pencil lie on the counter, and the three worry-clouds are curled up asleep together in a green fruit bowl. The caption appears in a cream thought bubble.

LET IT OUT
On a deep teal background with leaf motifs and small stars, the sloth holds a phone with its back visible beside the brand name LET IT OUT. The tagline reads: PUT IT DOWN. COME BACK WHEN YOU CHOOSE. The sage button reads: GET THE APP.
